William White starts learning his trade working as Saturday boy in an East London butchers shop. He ends up buying the business in 19XX.
A savvy businessman, William starts supplying meat to local schools and hospitals. By 19XX the business has transformed into a catering butchers. William White Meats moves into an industrial unit in Stratford and quickly expands to meet demand.
William’s son, Tom, joins the team, bringing with him technical expertise thanks to a background in Butchery and a degree in Business.
The business moves into its custom-built, state-of-the-art facility in Purfleet. Two years later they expand into the adjacent unit, increasing their production capabilities even further.
William’s daughter, Rebecca, leaves a career in medicine to join the team, adding further scientific and business know-how.
